Where are Home Treasures’ products made?

Almost all of Home Treasures’ products are made on-demand at our factory in Houston, Tx. We work with the finest European mills to weave all our fabrics, which we then keep in stock in Texas awaiting your order specifications. Please note, we do have several embroidery collections, which are finished by our partners in Italy, making customization options limited on these collections.

Can I request a catalog?

We currently only offer catalogs of the complete line to our active trade accounts. To request a copy, please contact us at ht@hometreasureslinens.com.

What are the sizes of your products?

Please refer to our Size & Dimensions page for standard sizing on all our products. If you need assistance with custom sizes, please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com.

Do you offer customization?

Almost every piece at Home Treasures is made to order, so we offer a variety of customization options across our line: sizes, designs, colors and monograms are just a few of our bespoke offerings.

Do you offer monogramming?

Yes, we offer monogramming on our bed, bath and table linens, as well as some of our accessories. For more information about our monogramming options, please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com.

Can I order a style that has been discontinued or is not available on your website?

It is likely that we still have the fabric in our warehouse, so please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com to check for availability and pricing.

Can I request swatches prior to placing an order for my product?

Yes, swatches are available for purchase on each collection page. If there is a fabric or thread color you are looking for that is not available on our website, please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com to request a sample.

Do you offer fabric by the yard?

We keep stock of all our fabrics in Houston, Tx, so yardage is available for purchase. Most of our fabrics are 120” wide and we require a 3 yard minimum order.

How do I care for my linens?

Proper care of your Home Treasures’ linens will ensure you can enjoy them for years to come. Specific care instructions can be found on the care label sewn inside your linens. For detailed instructions, please refer to our Care Guide.

Will my linens shrink after laundering?

All natural fibers will shrink to some extent, but we anticipate this by cutting our items to allow for shrinkage. Many of our linens are woven on extra-wide looms, which allows us to create wider sheets and deeper fitted sheets.

Typically, cotton products shrink 2-4%, while linen products shrink 4-6%. Please note, if your product is labeled as dry clean only, do not launder at home.

Will my linens wrinkle?

Our fabrics are woven with natural fibers, so our linens are prone to wrinkling. To help minimize wrinkling, without ironing, avoid over-drying your linens. Wash in warm water with a cool rinse, dry on a low setting, and remove from the dryer promptly while they are still slightly damp. Hang or fold and smooth the surface with your hands.

How long will my bed sheets last?

With proper care, luxury bed linens can last for many years. In order to ensure the longevity of your bedding, it is best to alternate the use of each set on a weekly basis. We recommend you rotate between three sets of sheets: one on the bed, one in the wash, one in the closet.

Always follow the instructions on the care label and our Care Guide for detailed care tips. Keep in mind that over-drying or washing or drying on a hot setting is the single biggest factor in reducing the life of your sheets.

What is the difference between percale and sateen?

When buying sheets, the most important factor is how it feels. The most two popular weaves of cotton fabric are percale and sateen.

Those who prefer percale are drawn to the cool crisp feel that the tight percale weave offers. It offers a smooth and soft hand with a matte finish. For the technically curious, percale fabrics are woven with a plain weave, where yarns have a one-over, one-under pattern.

Those who love sateen appreciate its lustrous sheen and sumptuous hand. With an ultra-soft feel, that resembles silk, sateen’s sheen offers a more formal appearance. As opposed to percale, sateen is woven with one yarn under and three (or more) yarns over, thereby creating the soft, silky surface.

Why do sateen and jacquard sheets lose their sheen after laundering?

Sateen and jacquard sheets will lose some of their shine and silkiness after their first washing. However, if you wash and dry your linens on low to medium heat, ironing will smooth the fibers and restore the sheen of the fabric.

How do I dress the bed?

How many Pillow Shams and Pillowcases do I put on a Bed?

The number of pillows you place on your bed largely comes down to personal preference. However, we can provide you with some standard guidelines based on the size of your mattress.

Are your Quilted Coverlets washable?

At Home Treasures, we believe in livable luxury, so every product is developed with ease of care in mind. Our quilted coverlets are made from the same sateens, percales and linens used in our sheets, meaning they’re completely machine washable!

Are your Bed Skirts lined?

We do not line our bed skirts. However, if this is something you require, please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com to ask about placing a special order.

Do you offer other colors of binding for you towels?

We definitely have more color options for you to choose from! We’ve just shared a selection of those most in demand for our online boutique. If you’re looking for a specific color, please contact us at ht@hometreasureslinens.com for assistance.

Do your shower curtains come with button holes or grommets?

Our shower curtains are finished with stitched button holes.

What is the height of your shower curtains?

Our shower curtains come with a default 72” height; however, this is customizable to your needs. Please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com to ask about placing a special order.

Are you able to do custom tablecloths?

Almost every piece at Home Treasures is made to order, so we’d be happy to help you find the perfect tablecloth. Most of our fabrics are 120”, which offers you the flexibility to adjust the length, width, and design to suit your needs. Please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com for assistance.

Do you offer monogramming on your table lines?

Yes, we can monogram your table linens, whether with initials or a custom logo. For more information about our monogramming options, please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com.

What are my Payment options?

Our online boutique accepts payment via all major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay; we unfortunately do not accept cash, check or money order. The transaction will be charged in full at the time the order is placed.

Will I receive an order confirmation via e-mail?

Yes, you will receive a message confirming your order within 24 hours at the e-mail address provided during checkout.

Is all the merchandise in stock?

Home Treasures is a completely bespoke line of luxury linens, so we do not keep finished products in stock. Instead, each product is made specifically for you at time of order. While we try to maintain the most accurate and up to date fabric inventory, so that we can produce your items in accordance with your order, we will notify you directly if a product’s availability changes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation via email, you will no longer be able to make any changes to your order online. All our products are made specifically for you, so please contact Customer Service within 24 hours, to discuss if any changes are possible prior to shipment.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com between the hours of 8:30AM to 4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday, to discuss the status of your order prior to shipment. You will receive email confirmation of your order and notification of when the order has shipped along with a tracking number that you can use to track the shipment.

What your online return policy?

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority, so we carefully inspect each order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately. You have 7 days to report any issues resulting from manufacturing error or fabric defect. In such cases, we ask you to contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com with photos and details regarding the nature of the damage so that we can arrange for a replacement immediately.

If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase for any other reason, you may request a refund in the form of Merchandise Credit for the order amount, less all shipping and handling charges, within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unlaundered, undamaged, in original packaging, and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy.

Please note that monogrammed, customized and special items (fabric swatches and yardage) are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I return merchandise?

You may return your order for Merchandise Credit within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you, in the same condition it was received. Please note that washing a product will void your ability to request a return.

Please contact ht@hometreasureslinens.com to begin your return process. All returns require a Return Authorization Number that must be placed on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please hold onto your tracking number to track your return back to our factory.

When will I receive my refund?

Most returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. Please allow additional time to process returned items reported as defective/in need of inspection.

You will receive an email notifying you of your return once processed. Eligible returns will be refunded for in the form of Merchandise Credit.

Where do you ship from?

All products ship from our factory in Houston, Tx, where each item has been individually crafted based on your specific order.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. You must provide us with a valid residential or business address in order to accommodate your request.

How much are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the dimensional weight of the shipment and are the responsibility of the consumer. All applicable duty, custom charges and taxes not included in the shipping charges are also the responsibility of the consumer.

What is your shipping time frame?

Provided Home Treasures is a completely bespoke line of luxury linens, we do not stock finished products at our facilities. Instead, we maintain a large inventory of textiles, imported from Italy, which are finished according to your specifications when you place the order.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

What is Home Treasures insurance policy?

All packages sent by Home Treasures are insured directly by the shipping company.
